Product Overview

1800℃ SGM M series products are mainly for the daily application development of the laboratory, high-quality furnace materials and stable temperature control system to ensure the reliability of the experimental data; the product uses high-purity alumina material as the furnace material, and the high-quality Silicon molybdenum rod is used for heating element, and the temperature controller uses microcomputer PID control module to achieve precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.

Features

The furnace material is vacuum-formed alumina ceramic fiber material and does not drop powder in high temperature, heat capacity is small, energy saving above 50%. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon molybdenum rod, which can bear large load, stable and long service life; the silicon molybdenum rod is evenly arranged on both sides of the furnace, and the temperature field uniformity is good. Patented temperature control design, fast heating rate, good temperature uniformity, can be raised to 1600℃ within 90 minutes, more than 3 times higher than the same specification electric furnace sintering efficiency in the industry, safe and efficient.
